T.Loop Wins “Best Colocation Provider – Sustainability Innovation of the Year” at the 2025 DCS Awards

Stockholm & London – 23 May 2025.

Last night, at a packed Grosvenor House in London, T.Loop was crowned Best Colocation Provider – Sustainability Innovation of the Year at the prestigious DCS Awards 2025. The award recognises the ground-breaking impact of our Data Energy Center® concept, which transforms datacentres from energy consumers into active, heat- and grid-balancing assets.

A landmark moment

CEO Helena Fagraeus Lundström and Jonathan Evans - External Sales Advisor and renowned industry profile - accepted the trophy on stage, thanking the organisers and the many industry peers who cast their votes:

“This award proves that sustainability and high-performance IT can go hand in hand. We’re humbled by the support and even more motivated to scale Data Energy Centers across Europe,” said Helena.

Four nominations, one win

T.Loop was shortlisted in an impressive four categories this year:

  1. **Best Colocation Provider – Sustainability Innovation **🏆 winner

  2. Data Centre Power Innovation of the Year

  3. Data Centre Sustainability Innovation of the Year

  4. Outstanding Contribution to Sustainability & Efficiency

Being a finalist across such a broad spectrum underscores the versatility of our technology—from heat reuse and AI-ready density to real-time grid support.

What set us apart

  • Heat-as-a-Service: Each Data Energy Center® captures up to 95 % of server waste-heat and feeds it directly into host buildings or district networks.

  • Grid balancing: Integrated battery and smart-control layers allow the facility to absorb or release load within seconds, supporting renewables during peak swings.

  • Low-carbon location: Our Swedish base provides 98 % renewable power and naturally cool ambient temperatures, cutting both OPEX and Scope-2 emissions.

A warm thank-you

We are incredibly proud of this achievement and want to extend a big, heartfelt thank-you to everyone who voted for us. Your endorsement fuels our mission to turn digital growth into tangible climate action.

Stay tuned—this is only the beginning.
