T.Loop is gearing up for the international roll-out of its circular Data Energy Center® concept. At the Annual General Meeting on 19 May 2025, British-Norwegian tech veteran Philip Duns was elected to the board—an appointment that underscores the company’s high ambitions for expansion.
Two decades of global scaling success
Philip Duns has spent more than 20 years founding, growing and exiting technology companies. He co-founded the Norwegian firm Kanari, a leader in stability and performance analysis (SPA) for mission-critical IT systems. Under his leadership Kanari surged across the Nordics, serving clients such as DNB and TietoEVRY. In 2020, the company was acquired by Adelis Equity Partners, accelerating its international reach. In autumn 2024, the company was acquired by Conscia Group.
With his blend of strategic capital knowledge, technical depth and cross-border deal-making expertise, Philip Duns is expected to play a pivotal role as T.Loop enters new markets.
