T.Loop strengthens its board with former PwC partner Helena Ehrenborg
Bolsters the company’s financial governance ahead of continued expansion
Stockholm, 4 November 2025 — T.Loop today announces that Helena Ehrenborg, a former Authorized Public Accountant and partner at PwC Sweden, is joining the company’s Board of Directors. With this appointment, T.Loop strengthens its expertise in financing, risk, and efficient capital allocation as the company accelerates its growth and international expansion.

Extensive background in audit, tax, and financial advisory
Helena is an Authorized Public Accountant with over 30 years of experience in audit and advisory. She has primarily worked with public and listed companies, real‑estate funds, and privately held companies in the real‑estate and construction sectors. In addition to audit, Helena has long experience in taxation, organizational structure, financing, and financial management.
In her most recent role at PwC Sweden, Helena served as Industry Leader for Real Estate, Construction, and Infrastructure, with overall responsibility for the firm’s services and strategic initiatives in these sectors. She holds a degree in business and economics, complemented by studies in property valuation and taxation.
